Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. Students have a 3-day period to put forward their refund. Please read the fine prints of each course before buying it, it provides all the details about the courses you purchase.

Our 3 days policy.

Even though our 3 days policy helps the students to check the suitability of the course, it is also important for us to protect the interest of our academies who spend their valuable time delivering courses through EUDIA. We settle the payments with the instructors as soon as the course is purchased by the students and therefore, any refund request after 3 days will not be entertained.

Reasons for denying refunds

In case the officials of Eudia find that the refund policy has been misused by the students, then EUDIA reserves the right to limit or deny requests for refunds including but no limited to the following:

  • A student has downloaded significant chapters of the course
  • A student has requested multiple refunds for the same course
  • A student has requested refunds a number of times.

  • Credit coins only refunds.

    In situations where it is not possible for a cash refund, refunds will be granted using Eudia coins provided it meets our 3-day policy.
